The staff was helpful, and the location was very convenient. Lawson's connected to the lobby provided easy access to snacks and breakfast items. I found the self-service laundry facilities on two floors practical. I got my clothes cleaned without issues.
I wished more laundry machines were available. This minor inconvenience caused a slight delay in completing my laundry.

The hotel is close to the iconic tower. Walking there is quick and easy. Several stations surround the hotel, with the Mita Line station being particularly close. Transferring to other lines is straightforward.

friendly staffeasy transferaccessible subway
the staff provided really good service at reception they were very friendly i had some reservation issues but the staff assisted in sorting things out the hotel is near the hamamatsucho station which makes transfers to haneda airport easy the yamanote line and keihin-tohoku line subway are also accessible.
the bed was very hard this made it difficult to have good sleep
